1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through Rebirth Shop at rebirthshop.com.au. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Delivery Policy, Refunds and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details. Where we do, we will refund any amount already paid.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
4. Delivery and delivery authority
Our Delivery Policy sets out how we send orders and forms part of these terms. In summary:
- Standard Delivery is sent without Signature on Delivery. By selecting Standard Delivery, you acknowledge and authorise that the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available and the carrier considers it safe to do so.
- If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please select Signature on Delivery at checkout.
- Where tracking, delivery scan, photo, GPS record, or other carrier proof shows that the parcel was delivered to the correct address in accordance with the selected delivery method, we will assist with a carrier enquiry. We may not provide a refund or replacement for loss or theft occurring after delivery has been completed correctly.
Your delivery choice is recorded against your order and set out in your order confirmation email.

6. Products and information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but packaging, formulations and images may change from time to time. Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice. Please read the product label, patch test before first use, and speak to a qualified health professional if you have a skin condition or allergy, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
7. Your privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
